Microwave Barbecued Swordfish
The swordfish ranges in temperate to warm waters around the world. This fish can grow in length to 12 or 13 feet. The meat is thick and tasty and usually cut into steaks.

Barbecue Sauce
Canola oil, or nonstick cooking spray
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup catsup
2 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon each: cumin; pepper
